An average hotel breakfast buffet is very sparse and ordinary restaurant food to me was a bit spicy please try Haldiram restaurant just adjacent to this hotel for good food and reasonable price please note that they have a lift with manually operating doors which is iretating some times

First time in Patna and on a work visit so office booked the place.
Food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner is great. The chef knows what he is doing.
Breakfast is very poorly organised. Not available before 8.30am. Nothing to write home about.
Rooms are a good size and clean. Small window above the bed. Bathrooms are spacious.

I am a regular traveller to patna with business. I stayed in many hotels. But after staying in alcatarz inn last 8 months i had better experience. Staff are good. Hotel rooms are superb clean. Price also good

I stayed in this hotel that was the best and value for money. Very nice bed we had very good sleep, the room was clean and convenient. The staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant was good, we enjoyed our dinners there.

The hotel front office staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are neatly done up... However it can do with a few upgradations. The food served by the restaurant is awesome. The room service staff however needs to be trained properly as they are very raw in their approach. Overall a good stay!!
