You have to claim the cashback within 7 days of the actual booking date. Within 30 days of the claim, your cashback will be transferred to your mobiKwik wallet.

Please drop a mail at cashback@ixigo.com with your booking details so that we can help you with the issue.

Kanika, when i am booking for flight i have read the terms and condition but ixigo not following their terms and condition means i have applied for cashback within 7 days of booking and today around 45 days going to complete but still i havn't got my cashback.
