Hi..I was supposed to receive my cashback by 11th June...It is still not credited in my Mobikwik account. Please do the needful immediately.

Greetings!!

You have to claim the cashback within 7 days of the actual booking date. Within 30 days of the claim, your cashback will be transferred to your citrus wallet.

For any queries regarding cashback, please drop a mail at cashback@ixigo.com with the details of your booking.
