My cashback is not approved even after the cashback approval expected date. what is the problem here?

You have to claim the cashback within 7 days of the actual booking date. Within 45 days of the claim, your cashback will be transferred to your citrus wallet. If it is not transferred to your wallet, please drop a mail at cashback@ixigo.com with your booking details so that our team can help you out with the issue.

I know this policy which you told me in your ans.
can you help me for booking ID M3E5NB, i applied for the cashback but still it's not approved, even the cashback which i applied after this are approved.
