I am unable to claim cashback.Please help

Greetings ixigo user!!

Please refer to the how to claim cashback page of ixigo to understand the process of claiming.

After booking, return to the ixigo website and follow the below mentioned steps -

1. Click on Claim Now link.
2. Log in through Facebook/Google+.
3. Fill in the required details.
4. After you submit claim, you will receive an acknowledgement mail.

Ixigo cashback claims need to be made within 7 days of the original booking date. Any claim post the expiry of 7 days shall not be entitled for any cashback.

Once ixigo validates your booking, the cashback would be credited into your UDIO wallet (linking it with the mobile number which you will enter in the claim form) within 60 days from the date of submission (if approved).
