This property is right next to highway and at a quick 15-20 minutes distance from airport. Neat clean good rooms, good breakfast, very helpful staff are definite plus of the property. One point would be that there are no restaurant options nearby. Plus if u would like to commute by public transport, it might be challenging

Horrible stay... and we will not go back again in future.... we been charged 2800 for 5 dosa and 3 sets of idli... ridiculous... service by the restaurant staff especially during dinner was awful...not value for money at all

WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE No running water in the taps for more than2 hrs in the morning, when repeated requests for at least a bucket of water, was not catered to Bad management, inefficient service and worst hospitality that is not expected from a hotel which charged us for no service The promised packed breakfast which was included in the charges was also not given 4/01/2019 to 06/01/2019

Stayed at GRT Regency Tuticorin on way to the temple at Tiruchendur. Very good property with clean rooms and good hospitality. Had good breakfast and dinner options at restaurant. Slightly out of town but otherwise no issues.

This hotel is located in the outer limits of the city. The rooms are clean & the breakfast buffet spread was good. The ala carte menu is expensive & I felt the quality definitely needs improvement. The staff are very friendly & courteous. Since the room is located off the National Highway, there is not much of a view.
