Residence La Vue İstanbul , Beyoglu

It was year ago that I've stayed at this hotel but I will give my review for interested people anyway. I stayed there with my mama, we took the penthouse, the view was just WOW WOW WOW! A panoramic view of the city it was just fantastic! Staff was really polite, kind and very very helpful and they can speak English. The rooms are really comfortable, big and spacious. Everything is clean, the kitchenette is useful. The area is very nice, with lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff is great, always trying to help the guests to have the best stay.

This may seem a bit odd - to give a great review for a place I didn't stay.....but that is what I want to do. I arrived in Instanbul with this as my destination, only to be turned round at the airport. I was beside myself and desperate to negotiate a cancellation. The guy here was so good. He tolerated a frantic call from the airport and agreed to charge me only a fraction of what he could have. I am very grateful and hope to be able to stay sometime!

We were happy with the apartment (and the view to the Topkapi Palace and Golden Horn). It was clean, spacious and had everything one needs. The towels and sheets were also clean and changed daily. Toiletries and slippers are also provided, which is also a plus. We didn't buy the breakfast (7€ per person per day), and did not regret our decision as there are many breakfast opportunities in the area (we enjoyed "Van Kahvalti" and some others on Istiklal Street like the "Borekci" which had pastrie...

We stayed here for a week, a family of 5.We were comfortable in the space and found the location perfect, close to the museum of modern art and a tram ride away from the historical area.It was noisy, but we live in a rural area and find nights in cities loud, probably not a problem for urban people.The attentive and eager to help staff and perfect location made the hotel great for our family
