Hotel room with Kitchen

by Sue E on 18 May 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Why I love about this hotel is there are only 16 rooms and every one has a kitchen and balcony and continental breakfast is included. The staff have been exceptionally helpful with everything we have needed including changing rooms when we had noisy neighbors. I would recommend a top(3rd) floor room . Walking distance to Periere metro station in 17 th Aridissemont . Once you master the metro, it doesn't really matter where you stay in Paris. MOnoprix supermarket around the corner for supplies an...

Great Value Studio in Central Paris

by Livertm1 on 01 Mar 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Well located Apart/Hotel 6 mins walk from Arc de Triomphe - excellent value for money. We drove from UK and managed to find on - street parking outside the hotel for the first night, but don't rely on that - park at Wagram underground - just 5 mins walk. Room was a good size, very clean. Kitchenette had fridge, kettle, microwave hot plate, could do with a toaster. Large double bed was really comfortable, surprisingly so. Wood floor so take slippers with you. We slept really well except Saturday ...

Really enjoyable stay

by gplGlasgow on 24 Feb 2016 (Business Traveller)

I stayed in Feb-2016 for a week long business trip and opted for an aparthotel this time. The studio is well equipped, spacious and well maintained. The nespresso machine (with two capsules) is a nice touch but perhaps not required since there is a filter coffee maker anyway? A toaster (which you can hire) I think would be a better option. There is a constant hum from the fridge so be mindful if you are a light sleeper. Aside from those minor niggles, this is a great option for a business or...

Great studio

by CAROLINE L on 02 Sep 2015 (Family Traveller)

This is a great option for staying in Paris. The location is fantastic with easy access to touristy spots, the metro, and in a great "arrondissement". The rooms are nice, clean, and have a small kitchen, which is very convenient. It's also a nice bonus to have a balcony. The staff is outstanding - the friendliest you'll find in Paris, I think. Breakfast is good with many options: cereal, croissants, yogurt, pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, baguette, bananas, etc. There are 4 apartments per floor...

Surprisingly good

by MihaiPopa on 17 Jul 2015 (Business Traveller)

The Rennequin Residhotel is a smart solution for having a comfortable camp base when you intend to explore the city of lights for several days. It is well located in a classy neighborhood, near large avenues and places, with good transport connections at maximum 10 minutes walk. In the residence we had a studio with kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, hotplate, tableware, etc., even dishwasher machine!). The living was large with beds of a good size, a sofa, table, chairs, desk, iron board, ...
