Royal Beach Abode , Cochin

Lovely location, beautiful property, right on Arabian sea, approx 8 km from Fort Kochi. Great hosts, great food, great hospitality, great rooms. A must stay place. Thanks Beena and Joslin for all the love and care, we can never thank you enough.

The room available is quite large. Facilities are clean and upto the mark. They provide excelent meals. The location is quite peaceful and just beside the sea. Overall an excellent location for long peaceful stays

Everything about this Homestay was wonderful. The size and cleanliness of the rooms, the peaceful sandy garden with its many orchids, the beautiful sunsets watched from the sea wall at the end of the garden, the varied and tasty food and not least the warmth and helpfulness of the hosts. We were sad to leave.

We spent our last 3 days in south India here and it mostly lived up to expectations. After an initial booking mix up by Booking .com we were quickly moved to the spacious double deluxe with ac which I thought I had booked - for the extra charge. The hosts were attentive and helpful and made us feel welcome. The location is simply amazing, quite in the middle of nature with birds chirping, cool breeze and vast sea in front. View was soothing and relaxing. The owners are very warm and hospitable people. They always attended to us with smile on face, whether it was to arrange lunch late in the day when we arrived or to arrange hot drinking water for green tea every morning.
