We ended up staying here 5 nights. Helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities. Pool and complementary Ashtanga yoga with a great teacher Vijay. The breakfast is a good selection of western and Indian food. There is a downstairs bar that has happy hour discounts. Good location. Government shop next door. Mr Albert is there to assist with travel. He organised a safari to Bandipur for us and the coach to Ooty.

Well one of the best hotel's I have been in.. been to different 4 Star and 5 star hotel in past.. but will definitely say one among the best 4 star hotel I have stayed at!! We opted to stay here during our weekend stat of Mysore based on the largely positive reviews it has om Trip adviser and we were not disappointed The Reception and The GM Mr Ramesh are very helpful and wry graciously upgraded our room and it had a balcony overlooking the pool area The Hotel is very centrally located and almost walking distance to the Mysore palace And the zoo. The food at Castle restaurant is good .We had their buffet lunch and it had variety and was tasty And not very expensiv...

Visited in 1st week of January. Overall experience from Check-in to check out, Room service, Complimentary Breakfast Buffet was all too quality. Don't have words to describe the overall experience. Just wonderful and Awesome

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Room was spacious and extra bed fitted without any problem. Some maintaince work should be done. Breakfast buffer and dinner was very good. Staff good also. No problem on paying with international credit cards
