We booked this hotel through Makemytrip.com. we got a discount of Rs. 1500. Suberb hospitality, friendly staff, Luxurious Rooms, proximate to Railway station. Amenities like electronic safe, electric kettle, laundry bag, Shoe Shiner,Mini Fridge. Memorable Stay.

They claim it to be 4 star property but does not appear like one. Check in was smooth and room was decent. Actually they had joined two single beds in the room that did not matched with headboard behind and switches. As such, the switches were hidden behind pillows. AC unit was wierd. Every few minutes the whole unit use to get switched on and off with noise. (In reality such units fan whould be always on with only compressor switching on or off.) We have stayed in SP Grand Days most of the time when we are in transit or for a few days in Thiruvanathapuram. Overall experience has always been good. Their Buffet has a large variety of Veg and Non Veg dishes. They also are receptive to requests of early breakfasts , as we travel early out of TVM
