about stalin's summer residence

Stalin's Summer Residence is one of the 18 summer houses of the Soviet Union’s leader, Joseph Stalin. The building exteriors looks like untouched and preserved since the early 1950’s. The building has now turned into a museum and a hotel complex now. The whole building is surrounded by trees and in fact its even painted amusingly whole green. Most of the building areas are being used by the hotel’s administration so its closed for public.

The most interesting thing in the entire residence turned museum is a life-size wax figure of Stalin sitting beneath a study table. There are several personal things and furniture that throws light on the personal life of the Soviet Union leader. There is also a legend that this residence is haunted and Stalin’s spirit frequents the place at nights which makes it even more popular amongst the tourists.
