This hotel is very close to the Metro station, located very convenient place. There are also many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is very convenient for shopping. Both breakfast and dinner are good, so I enjoy it. The staff of the restaurant / hotel, like Mr. HARI and other are also very kind and friendly. I can enjoy the stay and relaxing time in the hotel.

Not at all satisfactory!

by Rishi010 on 26 Dec 2018 (Family Traveller)

Booked Bristol for stay today....firstly there wasn’t enough staff to help with the luggage....the room airconditioning isn’t working fine on asking the house keeping for help they said well u can ask them to give a sep heater in the room....the wifi doesn’t catch in all rooms....my point is that if this is what the property has to offer someone would rather book an oyo room at 1/4th the price....disappointed still dont have a choice till i check out tomorrow morning

Bad room and horrible washroom......

by Hsk545 on 25 Dec 2018 (Couple Traveller)

I attended the wedding and stayed for a night. My review is concern the stay only. Reception of hotel is on 4th floor, in between there are steps , it's not a smooth corridor. If you look only at 4th floor that's the reception, restaurant, pool then it looks good. But the biggest problem is when you enter the room. It's just average. Size is ok but it appears dated, plug points you need to hunt for. The worst is the washroom, it's horrible. Unclean, small dingy with no hot water. Leaking faucets...

Nice place for an official function

by AjayKacker on 23 Dec 2018 (Business Traveller)

Attended an official function recently organised on the 2nd floor banquet hall. Location of the hotel is great right next to Sikanderpur metro station. One of the oldest iconic hotels of Gurgaon which has given its place to other newer branded hotels. Decent entrance with a small reception. The banquet hall was decently big and also good audio and visual arrangements were provided. Third floor has a great restaurant and an even greater terrace. Catering at the banquet hall was good with spe...

The Bristol Hotel Gurgaon has long been a landmark in the town of Gurgaon. Situated at the intersection of IFFCO Chowk Road, the hotel is walking distance from Sahara, MGF and Metropolitan Malls. Shopping opportunities galore, the malls also offer you the option of eating out and enjoying some exotic food. The hotel itself is quite self-sufficient to keep you occupied, with a full equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool and a world-class spa. You have the option of enjoying multi-cuisine meals at the coffee shop or being treated to some rich Indian fare at Zaffran within the hotel’s premises.
