The visit started out great till I turned in clothing for laundry. They were very polite the whole time. But when my husband returned to pick up the laundry items from front desk they took forever to bring them up to him but were quick to take the money. After having waited for a long time he was exhausted and brought the bags directly back to our residence as is. I had a saty as we had an official work at nashik. I would like to share my bitter experience I had while my stay ..
1 . Very bad service , staff didn't care or bother your concern.
2 . There was no keys in the room , the doors was just open with out lock, we can lock the room from inside but if you have to go out , you have to keep the door open without any lock.
3.there was a big hole in the Sealing which was fixed by taking a white paper and cello tape pictures of the same is attached.

Economic Hotel with general facilities available. Deluxe rooms are little smaller. Not much options in mini bar. Toilet accessories are limited. In room dining service is good with nice food. Buffet breakfast has limited food option.

Hi,
I stayed in this hotel in a Junior Suite and the rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were clean and neat. The hotel seems to have got renovated in the past 1 or 2 years. The food is equally good. The best part is they have an option to order either a small serving or a larger one based on your requirement. The hotel staff were very cooperative and they have a good parking space as well.

A restaurant wirh a very good ambience serving multi-cuisine food. The food quality is excellent. They use natural ingredients for getting the desired food color and flavor. The service needs to improve a bit. A great place to unwind with friends and family.
