Although I have been here many times, my latest visit I met Khusala. Although a new member she was very efficient in helping me settle down and do my meetings.
More power to the Hotel for hiring good people.

this hotel is one of the prime hotels in Delhi NCR. truly luxurious, with best location - malls and airport nearby. touching the busiest, the main national highway 8 [NH-8].
food is excellent, nice hospitality.
Thermostat won’t go below 21*C (70*F)

This hotel is like an Air India-operated Boeing 787: it’s only a few years old, yet somehow already appears quite dated. That being said, the service is quite good, as is the location relative to Gurgaon offices and the airport. My biggest complaint about the hotel has to do with the room thermostats: they won’t go below 21*C (70*F). Unfortunate for those who like to sleep in a colder room.

Excellent hotel with supreme service

The hotel served as my layover stay, but still stood out as excellent place. I had an very nice breakfast in hotel's restaurant. It had various cousine choices for many needs. Service was excellent and on point. I stayed in a suite.
