The staff were forced to upgrade us to a club room because the room they showed us on arrival stank of MOULD and it was visible on the wall. So bad, it was a health danger. Our club room would have been ok if it had been big enough for the extra bed for our 14 yr old son that we had paid for. It wasn't - so for 2 weeks we were squashed in a room not big enough for 3 - spoiled the holiday. We asked to move to a bigger room but they said they were fully booked. as far as kovalam is concerned yes the view was scenic and the hotel lawns expansive however for the amount of money paid the rooms could have been better. the outside dining area was nice and pool awesome. decent stay but not worth the money spent

I really enjoyed my holiday with wife in this property.The oceanic view are mesmerizing and the service of th hotel and staffs are really cosy and kind. I would like to thank Ms.Rekha Nair Guest Relation Manager who helped us throughout our saty and guided nd supportd us to plan our holiday as a one point of contact. All other staffs were sweet to us.. Housekeeping staffs are so helpful alwys. Really wish to come back.

The best property of Leela Hotels Group till so far in India. your rooms balcony opens in the beach waters. One can feel the breeze and feel connected to nature at this property. value for money. Near to all destinations in kovallam and around.

Fantastic property! The Sea view from the rooms is stunning! The food is great too and the room service is prompt. Huge property, so you'll have to take a buggy to explore the 75 acres of the complex. Only con- it isn't a private beach and so don't expect it to be entirely exclusive! Otherwise Leela hospitality is top class and cleaner beaches aren't far away!
