Passing through London

by emanuelhelen on 26 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to central London, is tastefully decorated and, above all, the staff are very welcoming. I had an issue with my ( exceptionally small) room being very noisy with the sounds of people above me, but the staff could not have been more helpful towards me.

Worst value for money in London

by Johan10386 on 26 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

I have come to London for work 4-6 times per year over the last 20 years and this hotel was the worst value for money I have ever experienced. I arrived late a dark and rainy November night. Since I was travelling by myself I had booked a single room and got such a room on the lower ground floor. The room was the smallest I've ever had, e.g the cupboard was so small that you couldn't hang a jacket there. New, super friendly hotel

by Rayatabori on 26 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

The hotel is located on a very quiet street. 2 minutes walk to the tube station. Many stores , coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very esthetic. Brand new. The beds are very comfortable . There is a small kitchenette- very well equipped, in the room. The staff is very friendly and assisting.the internet connection is fast. Everything was to our satisfaction!

Well located London hotel with delightful staff.

I stay here on a regular basis as this is such a great hotel. It is near the underground with direct access to Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line and to Paddington and Victoria Stations via the District Line. The rooms and bathrooms are well designed and always spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is no restaurant but each room has a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine as well as dishes and cutlery. There are a lot of re...

Friendliest welcome ever

by angelavaughan3 on 24 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

We didn't know the area and wanted a hotel close to the museums and Royal Albert Hall. This one is perfect. All staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. We loved our little "kitchen in a cupboard" After reading other reviews, we chose a superior king room, which was not huge, but perfectly roomy enough, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It was on the lower ground floor (basement), so the windows were largely below ground level, but that didn't bother us, we didn't ...
