Never again

Simply a dump .... home to about 20 refugee families who let their kids run up and down the corridors all night..... the rooms are dreadful and stink to high heaven...they take your payment before you see your room and now I know why ...shared my bed with a beetle all night ..... one positive bit of feedback is that the food is quite good

DON'T NOT use its the worst hotel I've ever seen granted it's cheap but that shouldn't mean you subjected to what I saw , dirty carpets i mean thick black sticky patches , stain riddled mattresses, all furniture hanging apart even plugs half of walls, hotel from hell I stayed for about 15mins

Dire hotel avoid it like the plague

by medisec on 19 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Nothing positive . The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Beds disgraceful, furniture falling apart. Bathroom truly awful. I didn't feel safe at all and left at six next morning. I wished i had gone home direct from event but because I had had three drinks i did not want to drive. How the hotel keeps open amazes me. Does bookings.com site no favours at all. They should exclude it.

They don't correspond with reality. Everything looks tidy and new. That's not true! The staff is unfriendly and like others have already mentioned, most unhelpful. The rooms were not refurbished in at least 20 years. There's paint coming off the walls and chewing gum sticked to the carpet. My room was tiny an...

I'd rather kip on the street

by Ryan F on 10 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

I went with a group of friends on a night out in Birmingham and a friend suggested stopping here as it was cheap, regardless to say I haven't spoke to that friend since. The room was disgusting to the point I had to sleep in my clothes as the sheets were stained, no curtains what so ever so I was awake at like 5am, the towels looked like they had never been washed, how this place is still open I do not know, I would rather sleep on the street
