Comfortable Gem

by celia c on 26 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience. Highly professional staff and made me feel very welcome. Check in was very smooth with perfectly bilingual staff. The guest experience manager, MJ looked after all my needs. Had a noise issue with the first room I stayed in and they moved me immediately to a quieter side of the hotel. Stayed in a 17 series room that is on the quiet side of the hotel. They have very high quality amenities in the bathroom. Products from Australia. Room i...

The benchmark of a great hotel is set here

by wiroe on 22 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

The service is just amazing. I simply don't know where to start. From the complimentary drive to the restaurant because there was too much traffic for taxis to get to the hotel to the tiniest details every where of sublime service and hospitality. The first day they put 2 face moisturizer masks on the night cabinet with a hand written letter saying "it was a dry day" the next day they topped it with hand cream and then lip balm. When Calling service for something they were instantly there,...

Memorable design hotel with high levels of service and comfort

by ShiMoke on 21 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

Part of Hong Kong-based Swire Group's fledgling hotel chain, the Opposite House opened almost a decade ago in Beijing's Sanlitun neighborhood, the capital's high-end retail and dining hub. A note on location: Sanlitun is convenient for shopping and dining, but is not within walking distance of ...

excellent service

by WWeathers2 on 20 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

The location is perfect. The hotel is a short walk from many of my favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean, bright and contemporary. All the amenities are included and housekeeping is quick to replace or provide anything you need. Although the rooms are a little minimalist for my perfect score the service throughout more than makes up for it. Frank Fang, the assistant director, was very friendly and on top of everything. From the time I checked in I think the entire staff ...

Refreshingly Cool place to stay

by Nicola W on 19 Jan 2017 (Solo Traveller)

This hotel is a breath of fresh air in a city full of stuffy old school hotels. This design focused hotel offers modern & contemporary luxury which doesn't compromise on service at all. The staff are great and the technology of this very user friendly. I prefer this location over hotels near the Forbidden City as there are many shops and trendy restaurants near by and its a good escape from the tracky tourist traps near the main attractions. I feels locals would frequent this area, not just tour...
