A nice and pleasant stay and a courteous staff

It was really a good experience to stay with them, good quality rooms and the Reception staff were all kind courteous. It all turned the stay in a wonderful experience. Will definitely be considering this place for our booking next time

Convenient for a night halt.

The hotel is about 15 mins away from the domestic terminal which makes it a convenient choice for a break between flights. The rooms are decently accommodative and amenities are par. The service personnel are competent and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good both from the variety and quality perspective. Nice Hotel with button control system

It is located in East Andheri near Chatrapathi Sivaji Airport.It took only 30 mins to reach the hotel.Room is well desinged,maintained and spacious. I booked Icon rooms.Hotel offered Central AC,Min fridge,LCD tv,Tea maker,queen bed,modern bathroom facility with Eletronic Button control sytem etc.They offered nice buffet and food facilities. Hotel has good front office & staff. They help guest quickly.Over all Hotel is best.

Spicy Sambar & Chutney

Stayed here with family for two nights. Check in was smooth. Room is spacious and very good. The complementary breakfast served was pretty ordinary stuff. Options limited. Fruits and vegetable salads are limited. Sambar and Chutney was too spicy. The front desk staff was not responsive. Called the front desk in their number 3 four times between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm, but nobody picked up the phone. Restaurant service needs improvement.

A lovely and efficient hotel

We stayed twice in this hotel: at the beginning and at the end of our India trip, as it is close to the airport. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and efficient: airport pick up, driver for a day, room service - everything was arranged quickly and with a smile.
