We were checked into this hotel by our travel agent for the final three days of our Kerala holiday. It was clear from the moment we arrived that the standard was not up to expectation. The room was small, dirty and dark with a treacherous descent into the shower room. The buffet dinner caused my wife to get an upset stomach for the first time on our 2 week holiday. We spent here 2 truly relaxing and happy days, enjoying the gorgeous views of the property and the Arabic sea and beach beyond. The buildings across the property are very stilish and we felt pampered by the numerous staff members. Food in the restaurant is very tasty. We only had local dishes but the menu includes a wide range of european dishes too. The gardens are extremely well cared for and hammocks and swings are scattered throughout. A good place to relax

I visited this hotel along with my 5 family members. The hotel is spread across 16 acres. You can see a variety of flora and fauna inside the resort itself. The beach is approx 400 mtrs from resort. The rooms are big and spacious. However due to its big size,it lacks fast room service.Food is also average but price is ok considering the rating of the property. I would suggest to go for a villa room for more fun

I must say take beach view rooms. Though Beach view rooms are very far from the sea shore and you can't enjoy beach view. But Yu can enjoy whole resort amd its view by frequent walking from your room to restaurant because the room is located at the end of the resort and rastaurant is at the entrance. Also try candle lit dinner which they are arranging poolside. You will meet many foreigners here as the standard of the resort is high and they are maintaining it well.

With the greenary overlooking the Arabian Sea the sight from Travancore Heritage is really an amazing one. With vast open space and well maintained lawn, the serene atmosphere at this resort is breath taking.
The place is highly recommended for family get togethers also.
The restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable cost.
The stay at this resort was an unforgettable experience for my family.
