Treebo Trip Konark Residency , malvan

Lovely place with mouth watering food, staff is very courteous specially front desk and Deepak from restaurant.front desk is very helpful . The beaches is at walking distance also lot of option of restaurants.if U wish to visit Malvan go during monsoon .

we, 4 of us, stayed at Konark residency between 17th April 2018 to 19th April 2018. it was a great experience. Good facility, excellent service, good hospitality and very clear and neat rooms. we will rate the facility 4.5 on the scale of 5. The only drawback is - payment is insisted as CASH only. added to that the behaviour of staff member J P Chaurasia was very rude and unprofessional.

We stay here 30dec to 1 jan Good hotel with basic amenities .good budget hotel in main city .near to beach n main market ..hotel was good clean and neat with ample parking Value for money.staff was very Hummble n helpful

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, 24 hour hot running water.....and by hot I mean hot.....all amenities fridge, cable TV, AC, etc. All in all a very pleasant stay. And best of all was the location, everything is a few minutes walking distance. No elevator though, only drawback we could see.

Its good hotel and clean room but only one problem if power gone than no proper manegment about light..and AC then why we paid to AC room plz check AC where is working or not and about restorant is Alwase close otherwise good and nice
