Stayed for one night as attending concert in Brighton. Found this hotel by chance but so glad we did. Apart from the great price, which included breakfast, it was clean, bright and airy, the decor beautiful, breakfast great. We were in an attic room but prepared for the amount of stairs as I had read this beforehand from other Trip Advisors. The room itself was superb with a fantastic bathroom and toiletries included. A warm welcome and nothing was to much trouble.The Charm was immaculate and extremely comfortable.Excellent standard of bed and linen and beautiful bathroom. Definitely book here if you want to stay in Brighton!

The decor is beautiful, it really fells like a lovely boutique hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to help you they really are great! Breakfast was fab, great nights sleep and great shower. Location is wonderful, we could see the pier from our attic bedroom! Will definitely come back!

I had a short stay, but I loved this cosy hotel in Brighton, in a newly restyled victorian building. Close to the seafront in Kemptown, it is next to the city center. Very friendly staff and excellent breakast

Visited in early January on our first trip to Brighton. We found it as a reasonably priced, well recommended hotel in a good location. We were only staying overnight and arrived at around 5pm on a weekday. There was parking available almost outside on the road, and costs were surprisingly reasonable.
