One of my highlights of 5 months!

by harrietmclean on 22 Jan 2019 (Solo Traveller)

This was very special. I have been in India for 5 months and this certainly stands out as a highlight. I stumbled across this spot online, after feeling at a loss in Madikeri, and Jim and Diana took me under their wing. Such good value for money, it felt too good to be true! The hospitality was sublime, the walk around the 100acre plot (incl a tour on how the coffee is made and where) was awesome and unlimited coffee made the whole stay amazing. Great place for family visit

by mayuresh-gandhewar on 21 Jan 2019 (Family Traveller)

I visited Victoria Verandaz for weekend. Nice Place. We stayed in a suite with 2 rooms, living room and a kitchen. Nice, clean and silent place. We enjoyed the food and Bon-fire. I will definitely like to visit again and also recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing Homestay in a coffee plantation

by HelloWorld on 13 Jan 2019

We've just returned from our stay at Victorian Verandaz, and my heart is still there!! We had a double room (with attached private bathroom) close to the hosts' house, which was comfortable, clean and ...

Fantastic way to experience Coorg and the coffee plantations

by Darryl M on 05 Jan 2019 (Friends Traveller)

Idyllic property in the Coorg Hill amidst coffee plantations and beautiful landscape - Thim and Diana were fantastic host and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Walking the coffee plantations and seeing all the historical tools and relics they have in the museum left an indelible memory. I was there to attend a wedding and the quiet surroundings provided a much needed respite from the dancing and partying! I will return!

Do nothing. Just soak in the nature.

Tucked away right in the heart of Modur Estate was our destination, Victorian Verandaz (Rustica), when we embarked on our road trip from Hyderabad. We halted at Mysuru for two days to do some sightseeing before starting for Coorg. The drive from Mysuru to Coorg via NH 275 was awesome, and it was pleasant even when we travelled in the month of May 2017. While doing a research on places to stay, I had read several very positive reviews of VV Rustica and was very excited about living in the middle...
