Worst service. Staff of the hotel were least helpful. They were not understanding any language (I guess except Malayalam). When we spoke in Hindi/English, they behaved as if they could not understand even a single word. It is hard to locate the hotel itself as there is no board mentioning the name. There is no TV in the room unlike mentioned in their website. Geyser was not working and when we told them about the issue, again they behaved as if they did not understand what we spoke. Pros: This hotel has good rooms with good view of small stream of river flowing in front. Dot. This is it. Cons: Starting from the beginning, 1) No Board at the Hotel Building: This establishment doesn't even have the board indicating the name. We spent 30 mins searching for the hotel and since I have seen the pics in TripAdvisor portal was able to identify the building. 2) No reception area or representative present: After locating the hotel, went in to confirm if it is 'Wayanad Green Pepper'....

stayed at green pepper on 25/10/17 for one night,Mr Rajesh the gm ensured a comfortable stay for us. Nice hotel.. services were really good...thanks to Mr. Rajesh. Pros- spacious room with big dining hall with dining table. Neat and clean room Food delivery on request Cons- Need to check the electrical connections...the room we stayed the gyser was not working and the switch was continuously dripping.. Need to give one more blanket if you are travelling with kids. Otherwise the hotel is perfect for stay.
