Yoga is often mistaken for a religion or something in relation to religious values. Yoga is simply the ancient science that teaches one to develop health in the body, joy in mind, peace at heart and liberation of spirit. No matter which God you follow, you can practice yoga and its mantras. The international festival will focus on the eight pillars of yoga and how they apply in our daily lives and lifestyles.
