Planning a trip to the ever beautiful Singapore and you must be wondering about different ways how to reach to your favorite destination. You can either opt for airlines or cruises which are readily available, however, you need to make prior bookings as these are mostly jam packed as Singapore is a hot shot destination.

  • Air

    Singapore is one of the most sought after destinations in the world and there is no doubt about it. There are a number of airline options available for anyone wanting to pay a visit to the place that is worth dying for, there are few of very affordable options available. Some prominent names are Tiger Airways, Scoot and Jetstar Asia. You might be interested in knowing that most nationalities can get into Singapore even without a visa but you need to check with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority for further information.

    Singapore’s uber modern Changi Airport is the world’s sixth busiest international airport handling about forty two million passengers annually and some 5,400 arrivals and departures every week. Spanning an area of about 1,300 hectares, the airport serves more than 40 airlines and is a hub for quite a few reputed airlines, including
    Singapore Airlines, Jetstar Asia, SilkAir, Tiger Airways and Qantas. Once you are done with the necessary formalities, you can hire a cab or taxi taxi stands at the Arrivals of each terminal. Most of the hotels are also connected by an Airport Shuttle Service. Furthermore, buses are available from the city stop at Terminals 1, 2, and 3. While the Ambassador Transit Hotel and Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport are located at the airport itself, the Changi Village Hotel is not far. Other facilities at the airport include include Money, Postal, and Telecommunications amenities, business facilities, smoking zones, Left Luggage and Lost and Found, Medical Care and Facilities for Passengers with Special Need.
  • Cruise

    More than a medium, a cruise is an experience worth exploring and you will vouch for it once you opt for a cruise ride to Singapore. There is one major cruise line, Star Cruise, which is available from almost all major cities in South India and the 8-10 day journey is simply fantastic.
