  • Om beach

    Resembling the auspicious ‘OM’ symbol, Om beach is one of the most popular beaches in Gokarna. Dotted with numerous cafes and eating joints, the beach is usually abuzz with activity. Considered to be one of the most important places for rejuvenation and spirituality, the beach is an abode of serenity and beauty. Vibrant and bustling, the beach also nestles some quiet spots for relaxation.
    Water skiing, surfing and banana boat rides are some of the things you can try out besides lazing around on the beach. If food is all that is on your mind, buckle up! You’ll find umpteen shacks cooking up delicious seafood and local delicacies here. Sit by the sea in a small, thatched shack and enjoy the untouched beauty of nature.

  • Gokarna beach

    Situated close to town, the road to Gokarna beach is surrounded by the rocky Western Ghats on one side and the scenic Arabian sea on the other. Enveloped in peace, the beach is far from the maddening crowds of the city.
    Lounge about on comfortable beach chairs whilst your ears are treated to sweet melodies or pick a comfortable hammock and swing your way through a wonderful time. With lovely shacks lining the beach, appetising grub will be the least of your concerns. A chilled beer and some delicious seafood to go with it will do the trick for an enthralling time.

  • Paradise beach

    Paradise beach also known as Full Moon beach is enveloped in absolute surreal beauty. Raw and untouched, the beach is away from all the hustle bustle. The beach can only be reached by a boat or by trekking through the forest.
    Leisure, warmth and beauty describes Paradise beach at its best. The beach is dotted with umpteen beach shacks serving
    mouth watering seafood and other delicacies. The shacks also host enthralling barbeque evenings along with soothing music. The beach is ideal for swimming and sunbathing by there are no water sports held here.

  • Half Moon beach

    Separated by a cliff from Om beach, Half Moon beach offers stunning views. Dotted with usual Indian village like huts, the beach is the perfect spot for unwinding and relaxation. With umpteen hammocks set amidst trees, you have a splendid reading spot in the midst of nature. The beach also offers some lodging options for people who’d like to stay the night. Though not too grand, the accomodations are decent and not too heavy on the pocket. If camping is on your mind, jump right in. Though camping gear is available here, it is advisable to carry your own rented from the town market.
    There are no water sports on the beach but its absolutely perfect for swimming. You’ll see people enjoying a thrilling game of volleyball and paintball. Think no more and join right in.
