Have you been itching to try the authentic Bengali cuisine ever since you heard your friends rave about it? Well there’s no better way to have it than straight from the horse’s mouth! Find gratification for your Macher Jhol and Prawn curry dream at the following restaurants in Kolkata:

  • Kewpie’s Kitchen

Started by a simple family in their house a long time back, the owners sure didn’t assume how they would top the charts as a local food favourite in Kolkata in a decade’s time! Today a buzzing restaurant with a seating for 50 people still located in the owner’s house. Kewpie’s Kitchen is a favoured haunt of bengali cuisine lovers and it is no wonder that the place is packed at all times. The place has an ethnic decor and warm hospitality to go with its traditional cuisine which makes for an enjoyable dining experience.
