All vegans and vegetarians should visit the May Kaidee restaurant in Bangkok. They have 3 branches and a must visit.

Here’s some good news for the travellers: Bangkok has a humongous variety of food options for the veggie lovers and the meat eaters. Of course you’ll find an array of cuisines in the epicurean chaotic capital! Although every nook and cranny of Bangkok has plentiful eating options, here are a handful to make your search easy:

  • Blue Elephant

    This international chain of restaurants serves authentic
    Thai cuisine, delighting the world with its delicacies. Walk into Blue Elephant for a culinary experience fit for royalty, complete with lip smacking food and efficient service. Must Try: Pumpkin Stalks and Duck. Your food will be given such a delightful presentation, you will just want to sit and stare. But then again, you are going to eat for your life once the first bite is down! If you fall in love with Thai cuisine here, don the chef’s hat and learn authentic cooking at the Blue Elephant Cooking School!

    If you are a large group and can't zero in on one cuisine for a meal, head to Face, a restaurant complex housing three restaurants and serving Thai, Japanese and North Indian Frontier cuisine. The place is packed on weekends, it might be a good idea to get a reservation! The multi level teak home  adorned with antiques set in an exoctic tropical garden and intimate dining spaces make it the perfect place for a special dinner with your  loved ones. Don't forget to try Pomelo Salad, Deep Fried Whole Sea Bass and Garlic Prawns when here!

    Eating here can be pricey and will dent you by 1500 Baht or more.

  • Bourbon Street Bar & Restaurant

Head here for a culinary adventure which is one of its kinds! It is claimed that there is no single item on the menu here which is not appreciated by the restaurant's patrons. Do try the Beef Brisquuet, Carrott Cake and Ribs here.

  • Koko Restaurant
