So you are a complete veggie and you don’t want to try something else even on a vacation to a place like Singapore. Don’t worry as we bring to you some names which are worth exploring while you are looking for some vegetarian delights in Singapore:

Komala Vilas

Step in at this small but cozy eating joint and treat yourself to some nice vegetarian meals at prices which are not heavy on your pocket. Try out the filling thali or the spicy samosas which is their speciality. The polite staff and inviting ambience just adds to the charm. 

A nice meal here would cost you around S$6.50-10.

Bombay Woodlands Restaurant

Tucked away in the bylanes of Tanglin Shopping Centre, it is a place which you might miss when you step in at the bustling shopping arcade. Our advice- please don’t! You can drop in at any time of the day- for a hearty breakfast, lavish lunch or a delightful dinner and rest assured you are in for a lovely experience. Fill your plate with piping hot idlis with mint chutney or crispy Dosas (esp the Mysore Masala) or the spicy Bhindi. Complement your meal with refreshing Lassi, either sweet or spicy. The attentive and polite staff is always on its toes to make your dining experience an affair to remember. 

You have to pay around $5-7 for a nice meal here.

Ananda Bhavan

If you are hardcore fan of South Indian cuisine and looking for any place to have the authentic flavours of the same, make sure you drop in at Ananda Bhavan. You can round off your meal with delightful Indian sweets which are available in a wide range.
