In that case, your best bet is to take a train up to the Sawai Madhopur Junction. There are several trains running from Nizamuddin and NDLS to Sawai Madhopur (Golden Temple Mail and Kota Jan Shatabdi). A general AC reservation should cost you between Rs. 600 to Rs. 800. The journey time will take around 4-5 hours (as compared to driving which takes up to 7-8 hours). From the station, the national park is barely 10 km away. There are a number of nice budget hotels around the sanctuary. Please go through this list for hotels in Ranthambore for more details.
