After reading the excellent reviews here, we booked a room for an offer price of Rs 2800 on booking.com. The owner asked for an advance payment of Rs. 1000 to which we obliged. Two days before our stay, we received another call from the owner demanding Rs. 2000 as advance. Drove up to the place with friends, 4 of us. Just a day's stay, left reservations quite late, couple of days prior to the stay; there was just one room available. On arriving, the place is quite close to the town centre, pleasantly surprised to find that the room at the far end of the bungalow, was large; plenty of room with beds for 4 set up. Wyoming is a basic bed and breakfast bunglow which has been converted into a homestay sort of arrangement. Its located very near the town, yet far enough to keep you away from the noisy Ooty streets during peak season. The property is well maintained by Rohith and his family, it kind of gives you a coming back to home sort of a feeling when you reach or return to the hotel after an outing. The room was huge and a bargain for our stay. It had a fireplace(not sure if its functional). The bathroom is big and well lighted. There is 24 hour hot water. Kettle in room. Other amenties included TV and WIFI. Plenty of duvets to beat the cold. The employees are helpful, friendly and patient. Though meal options are limited, they are delicious home cooked food. The garden has a nice view of the valley (though a network tower is right next).

We spent two days at this lovely place. The room was good, the view from the garden fabulous, the meals simple but very tasty. But best of all the couple running the place were always nice and very helpful.
