All of our condos offer the utmost in amenities to make your stay in Branson as comfortable as possible. Each condo features open living and dining areas, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens with wood floors, hickory cabinets, and an abundance of granite counter top space. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, ceramic tile around the tub, shower surrounds, and floors. Master baths have jetted tubs, separate showers, and double sinks. The living area has a stereo TV with DVD/VCR, a queen size sofa sleeper, and an electric fireplace. Each Branson lake front condo has wired and wireless internet access, free local phone service, cable TV, along with its own washer and dryer. An outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court and nearby hiking trails round out the amenities.Please note guests must be 21 years of age to check in. Please also note that the units are not currently handicap accessible as there are no elevators in the building. Any guest who cancels their reservation without 14 calendar days prior notice in writing will be charged the full amount of stay. Check in 4pm, check out 10am. Office hrs 8am 10pm. Guests must be 21 yrs and up to check in. Guests to pay USD 25.00 resort fee upon check in. Unit info and keypad code provided. If you have issues with keypad code call 1 866 661 2482. 24 hr. number. If no answer, Eagles Nest rental ofc has spare keys. To enter condo, key in code. Door will beep once, light will turn green. Enter the unit. Door auto locks. Black phone on outside of rental ofc you can use to contact onsite ofc personnel if after hours. Clear plastic stand on breakfast bar with info on operating appliances in condo. It has numbers and directions to grocery stores, medical services, and other useful info.
