- This offer is valid only on “Pay Now” bookings.

- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.

- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy on the ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are not permitted to make bookings under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to deny or cancel such bookings without refund.
- ICICI Bank holds no warranty or representation regarding the quality or delivery of services provided by ixigo. Any disputes must be resolved directly with ixigo.
