- The discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g., insurance).
- The discount is valid only on Pay Now bookings.
- The customer has to apply the coupon code IXIBOBEMIN at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- Instant discount will be applicable only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment.
- This offer is valid only on payments made through BOBCARD Credit Card EMI option.
- The offer is not valid on Bank of Baroda Net Banking or other payment modes.
- A processing fee of Rs 199 plus applicable taxes will be charged by the card issuer for each EMI transaction.
- This offer is valid once per card per month during the campaign period.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ixigo offers.
- In case of partial or full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the booking is cancelled after availing the discount, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) along with other rescheduling/cancellation charges.
- In case the EMI transaction is cancelled by the merchant or the customer, the customer is responsible for notifying BOBCARD to cancel the EMI booked for the cancelled transaction.
- Customers who fail to enter the correct promo code will not be eligible to avail the offer.
- For any card related queries or claims, the customer must approach BOBCARD directly and ixigo shall not entertain such claims.
- BOBCARD holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by ixigo. Any dispute must be resolved directly with ixigo.
- BOBCARD shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of goods or services availed under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- ixigo and BOBCARD reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add, alter, modify or withdraw this offer.
- Disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to cancel such bookings without refund.
