Location. The Half Moon is surrounded by 400 acres of palm trees, fragrant gardens and a wetland reserve on Jamaica's northern coast in Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica. The resort offers private, white-sand, crescent beaches. The historic Rose Hall Great House is two kilometers away.
Features. This secluded, Georgian style resort has welcomed guests for over 50 years. Gourmet dining is featured at six restaurants, including Italian cuisine, formal high tea, Indian and Thai fare, an English pub and beachside barbecues. The Seagrape Terrace is shaded by almond trees overlooking Sunset Beach. The Sugar Mill features al fresco dining, contemporary Jamaican cuisine and live music. Several informal bars are located throughout the property. The resort offers over 26,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center and a Cyber Lounge with wireless Internet access for a fee. The championship Half Moon Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Horseback riding is available at the resort's equestrian centre.
