TANI'S Guesthouse consists of a ground floor (which in itself consists of a bar and shop) and two floors on top, where the rooms are. All rooms have private bathrooms with shower and WC, a fridge, and TV set. Most of the rooms have balconies with clothes – horse. There is a small parking lot inside the territory of the premises and a beer garden. In addition, a back garden can be used as a barbeque area. Cars can be parked on the street, as Ksamil is a safe holiday resort in Southern Albania. Tani`s is a friendly local bar and guesthouse with fluent English spoken in the seaside village of Ksamil, two minutes walk from the beach and islands, great for snorkeling and beach parties. It is within 30 minutes walk or a 10 min. bus drive from the ruins of the ancient Roman and medieval Venetian City of Butrint. Tani`s bar is famous for its draught beer which consists of both local and imported brew. There is an assortment of bottled beers and soft drinks, which are very refreshing in Ksamil's hot weather. More often than not, our customers choose to regale themselves with Vodka, Rum or Tequila, served both neat and in exotic cocktails, which are always a real treat. Moreover, those Gin and Tonics with slice and ice are so terrifically good! There is a satisfactory collection of tunes, so you can enjoy your favorite tipple listening to the sounds from the best music in town Ksamil boasts one of the most beautiful coasts in Southern Albania and the fact that it is situated just two miles across the Straits opposite Corfu makes it very easy to access by foreign visitors. It is within the distance of three miles from the Hellenistic, Roman and Venetian ruins of the ancient and medieval city of Butrint, complete with amphitheatre, acropolis, basilica, mosaics, surrounding walls, Triangular Fortress, Venetian Tower and many more tree covered ruins which add to the spectacular landscape and make it very attractive. The clear water and four off– shore uninhabited little islands offer a good opportunity for snorkeling and exploring Ksamil’s wild coastal seabed.
