We are a totally non-smoking establishment. Free off-street parking is available. Rooms include single, double, twin, triple and one family combination. The quietness of a suburban street makes for a relaxed stay with the convenience of a great location. Strict no party policy. Close to pubs etc. Cancellation Policy - All reservations require deposit or credit card number to guarantee a booking. -24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations can only be made up till 9 pm the day prior to arrival. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for 1 night. - Cancellation prior to 24 hours of arrival - no accommodation charge. NB: a non-refundable deposit and booking fee is charged for each booking. - Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival - loss of deposit and/or full accommodation charge to credit card. - No show - loss of deposit or full accommodation charge. N.B: Reception closes 9.00pm. Rooms strictly as booked. No extra person available. This is only available to private rooms or in the case where a whole dormitory is booked by you. Do not make a late arrival reservation without making late check-in arrangements. Individual dormitory bookings will NOT be checked-in late out of respect for other travellers.
