Vila Carioca Hostel is a newly remodeled 1938 mansion in a cozy villa with private security guards, 1 block from the subway. We are located in the Botafogo neighborhood, a lively residential area, with bars, restaurants, museums and two shopping malls. Botafogo is centrally located to the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana, downtown Rio, Corocovado (Cristo Redentor) and the Sugar Loaf.
