The property belonged to the Monastery of St. Mary in Organ in Verona since the 15th century, and in 1894 it came into the ownership of the present family. Both the land and the buildings have been restored accurately and sensitively, treating the landscape and constructions with great love and respect. The salvaging of old ceilings and stone walls, the laying of floors in antique terracotta tiles and the use of authentic 18th and 19th Century fittings, create an atmosphere of great serenity, warmth and refinement. As for the surroundings, it takes less than half an hour to reach the mountains of Verona, the splendid cities of Mantua and Vicenza and Lake Garda.
