Location. Rising 22 stories above Fremont Street and located two miles north of The Strip is the legendary gaming landmark Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas, Nev. Part of the Fremont Street Experience, this property is located under a canopy of animated LED lights sheltering a pedestrian corridor where live shows are presented nightly on Las Vegas' original gambling avenue. For trips in the surrounding area, busses and the Las Vegas Monorail are available for a fee.
Hotel Features. The largest gold nugget on public display in the world, "The Hand of Faith," weighs roughly 61 pounds, 11 ounces, and is located in the property's lobby. Impressionist, singer, and entertainer Gordi Brown performs five nights a week in the Showroom.
