Phase I The hotel’s 495 guest rooms, guest corridors and elevator cabs have recently completed a $12 million upgrade, and all arrivals are experiencing Island-style comfort in our newly renovated rooms. Phase II The hotel’s Hibiscus Café (on the lobby level) closed recently, and work has begun on the 400-seat Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber. This exciting and popular restaurant is scheduled for a November 2008 opening. Phase III Improvements to the hotel’s lobby have begun, and additional upgrades to the porte-cochere area will begin in late spring.
