Location. The Kempinski Hotel Adriatic is located in Savudrija, Croatia, on the coast of Istria, five kilometres from the Slovenian border, and 45 kilometres from Roman remains at Pula and from Trieste and its port. It is 85 kilometres from Trieste Airport.

Expert Tip. According to legend, the lighthouse of Savudrija, three kilometres away, was built by a count for a Croatian noblewoman with whom he fell in love at a masked ball. His lover died the day the lighthouse was finished; the count never visited it again.
