The villa is attached to the Taverna Plat. and the building is right on the water, and about 50 meters in front is a pebble beach. The building is about 80 meters from shops, main reception, rent-a-car service, newsstand and other facilities. Nearby the building, where the rooms are located, there is a restaurant and about 150 meters is the breakfast room. Villa Eva consist of 23 double/twin rooms and all are facing the Adriatic sea with a balcony. The villa has been completely refurbished and finished in May 2006. Other facilities are outdoor pool (15/6-15/9), smaller pool for kids, tennis courts within walking distance (at charge), parking possibilities and a la carte restaurant. There is also a boat running frequently in high season and bus service to Dubrovnik city, Cavtat and other neighbouring villages.
