Another beautifully designed hotel in the holy city. A short walking distance to the Prophet mosque and shopping area. No complaints about food as I love Arabic food but it would be much better if they could provide some fruit juice drinks at the M restaurant. Overall satisfactory service. Alhamdulillah :)

Quite close to The Mosque.

It's a very dim lighted hotel, some find it posh and some dull. The hotel is tall building, with a glass lift, the staff are very very nice and caring. Rooms are meduim sized, although we had booked a quad room it was a bit small to have beds and luggage in same room. Break fast was ok but enjoyed fresh omellette with own choice of ingredients. The staff at reception are very nice. Overall enjoyed staying in this hotel as it was very easy and close to the masjid. it was easy to come back to the h...

Very good Hotel

by azmi_mohd on 05 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

The hotel stylish looks, with open view elevator. 6 elevator available, 2 serve until basement for car park. Car park limited and the space really small. Check-in it was excellent..less than 5 minute to get my room card & parking was available. Location in the centre of madinah, very close to Nabawi mosque.. 5 minute walk to reach Breakfast Very good with plenty of choice. Overall its very good hotel to stay with resoanable price available.

Would not recommend

Firstly when we entered our room of 3 single beds, the carpet stank and it seemed like someone was smoking in the room. The room was small and the bathroom was aswell. The lift can be quite dangerous, it closes quite quickly, so it may cause harm. The breakfast buffet was poor (in my opinion) it did not cater for people coming from different parts of the world. Wifi signal was rubbish (we were staying on the 13th floor). But it seemed better lower down. However it was quite close to gate 26...

Leader Muna Al Kareem

by masag0esi on 25 Dec 2016 (Solo Traveller)

I am here for a 5d4n trip and this is not my first time in this hotel. Location wise it is fairly close to the Haram however there are better hotels even nearer. Hallways and reception have warm lights so it's rather dark-ish and dim all day. Rooms are comfortable albeit a little small. I am in a 3 bedder room and there is barely enough space for all our luggages. The restaurant seating area is VERY VERY SMALL and queues to get food get VERY VERY LONG. On the bright side, the beds are nice and...
