Everything you need all in one place.

As a young woman traveling alone throughout Egypt, I had a few concerns before arriving. I decided to stay at Arabesque Hotel, based on the recommendation of a friend. Together with the help of the hotel staff, we were able to plan a pretty amazing trip, that fit my time and budget. From the time I arrived at the airport, help was always available. I felt safe and very welcome during my stay. A big thanks to all the staff for helping provide a very stress-free, budget friendly, enjoyable trip. I...

never have i been more convinced that a good and not as good environment can be so easily overlooked as "genuine-human-skill" adds in great ways to the value of any given experience. during my recent visit to cairo, youssef (the hotel's general manager) at the arabesque hotell, took it upon himself to make sure my stay in this well located venue was stellar. after two consecutive red-eye flights and a long (business) stop over in munich, i felt as if unconscious and unable to keep my eyes ope...

Stellar Staff, My Base in Egypt.

by Lonelylaowai on 16 Aug 2015 (Solo Traveller)

This hotel basically saved my butt in Egypt. I had arrived with very vague plans about seeing pyramids, but I was able to work out a couple of very low affordable and expensive tours throughout the country through these guys. In the end I used them as a homebase, leaving my luggage, computer, and other essentials with them while I took a more compact backpack out on my extended trips. They never once attempted to exploit me, they were infinitely helpful, and I learned a lot about Egyot just by c...

Nice place, excellent staff!

by Rafael A on 02 Jul 2014 (Couple Traveller)

I was there on May 2014 and I must say it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are OK but what makes the difference is the nice and hospitable staff that is there for you to help and assist you 24/7. If you look for a place to stay in Cairo, go there. Greetings from Argentina!!!

Definitely skip this.

For the price we paid, you'd think the walls wouldn't have unidentifyable crap smudged on the walls, or really dirty bathrooms, but yup! They did. We ended up moving Hotels a few times before realizing downtown Cairo - a mere few blocks away- offered cheaper, cleaner, better locations. Skip the hassle of this area by going to a more bustling street - the noise is actually less there, people will nag you to go into their stores less, and you have a slightly more authentic view of Cairo. Make su...
