useful location and cheap

by oliver h on 06 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

Yes it's not the Ritz but it's cheap. Don't go here for a romantic weekend but if your coming to London for a concert or a party then its a good cheap place to crash. Get a late checkout and a room in the basement with no windows and you will sleep off your hangover, there is also a good bar if you want to carry on drinking. considering its pretty much half the price of a Travelodge its not a bad deal.

non existant customer service!!

by dinerA1 on 13 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Do not stay at this hotel if you feel Customer Service is important. I stayed in this dreadful hotel in November 2016 when I left a pair of boots in the hotel room. After arranging for the costs to be covered, I rang several times when finally the hotel receptionist informed me that she 'did not have the time' to return the boots!! Uncomfortable and noisy

by Schpling on 08 Dec 2016 (Solo Traveller)

Never again. I know you get what you pay for, but the most uncomfortable, lumpy mattress and a single-glazed window facing the main road meant i got no sleep at all. Came here for Wembley. Only thing in its favour is location. Avoid.

Good value basic hotel

by Dramaqueentraveller on 03 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Having read the reviews I was worried to stay here ! It was a one night stop whilst seeing a band at the arena. Looks a bit scrubby and wouldn't want to stay in the shower for too long - but if what you are looking for is a basic stopover you will be fine here. Friendly staff - got me an extra blanket . Good breakfast included. Really comfy beds .

Worst hotel ever stayed in

by Chappelll on 12 Nov 2016 (Friends Traveller)

In London with family for England Match. Booked 3 rooms but they are the worst rooms ever. Two had no ensure and bathroom outside broken. Room had one small thin mattress and whole room smelled of smoke. TV control broken no plug in sink and cup had hole burnt into it. Reported to front desk but just ignored twice Finally breakfast average at best. Avoid at all costs terrible place
