Couldn't complain.... did the job nicely

by rebellion25 on 23 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

We stayed two nights and it suited us well. The room was very warm and had a fan of it got too hot. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little small and difficult to change in and wanted a private space to change clothes. Tea making facilities and a safe in the room. We checked straight in at 11am which was fantastic. Staff are really nice. Breakfast is on the 1st floor dining room. Really nice room and breakfast was was the job! I would defiantly book again if going to Dublin. It's only...

Value for money.

by Longfordian on 22 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

Located only 4 minutes from O'Connell St. this place gets full mark for location. Staff were exceptionally friendly- most especially Sean who would be an asset to any 5 star hotel. He is so on top of his job and goes out of his way to attend to small details. Two of us stayed here for first time and were pleasantly surprised. Both bedrooms were small but perfectly adequate. The ensuite in my room was reasonably sized and the power of the shower was great. You could control the room heat as i...

Nice cheap place to stay in the centre of dublin

by CK2713 on 19 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

This bed and breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful and welcoming and breakfast was nice. It was a very noisy place to stay and we didn't get much sleep which wasn't great for our trip. Apart from the noise it was great overall. It is close to everything in Dublin just a walk away from shops, bars and restaurants.

good budget hotel

by justdance1000 on 18 Jan 2017 (Solo Traveller)

The staff were so nice and welcoming when I arrived! The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance from everything but thankfully away from the overpriced temple bar district. I got a simple, very basic room with a twin bed which was just what I needed for the night. Good for someone on somewhat of a budget who is tired of hostels. Please note that it is located right above a bar/restaurant so can be quite noisy on a Friday night! Wifi could be a bit spotty sometimes. Breakfast was g...

A lovely clean guesthouse centrally located in Dublin.

by Rachael J on 12 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

We had to book this guesthouse when we went to Dublin last year as we lost our hotel through lowcostholidays. The celtic lodge accommodated us very well and were very welcoming upon arrival. The member of staff at the front desk was very helpful in showing us on the map where everything was in Dublin. The room was very clean and the bed was made and new toilet rolls provided every day. Breakfast was great and very reasonably priced for the amount we got. Definitely recommend it!
