Great location, shame about the breakfast

by Liz E on 30 Nov 2016 (Couple Traveller)

The City Centre Hotel is in a great location, almost next to the metro stop, Palladium shopping centre and easy walking to Old Town Square. We had great views on the 5th floor. Lift wasn't working one night - not so great. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were absolutely dreadful. Unidentified meats, smoked cheese and lots of pickles. Bread was okay but no toaster. Cereals but no milk just yogurt. This hotel is okay for a couple of nights as it's in a good location but suspect ...

Great Value

by helenofvesta on 21 Oct 2016 (Family Traveller)

Was doing Prague on a tight budget. This hotel is very good value. A large clean room, lots of towels and it was warm. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet. It's so near to everything, great location, and it's right opposite the bus stop from the shuttle service from the airport. The staff were nice and pleasant. There was a safe place to leave our luggage for an afternoon whilst we finished off our visit. Yes it's only 3 star and a touch dated as some reviewers have noted, but if you're doing it...

City Centre Hotel expect noise and is basic.

by Joesmokey on 31 Aug 2016 (Couple Traveller)

The hotel is 3 star so is basic and in need of some TLC. But its serviceable as in a fantastic location for the money. Within minutes of most places if not by foot by the different modes of transport. There are plenty of things I could remark on the broken items in the room etc My main remark is no fridge with drinks in room to buy or kettle to make any drinks..

Great for anyone wanting a basic and good value hotel close to the Centre and Old Town

by Suzanne S on 29 Aug 2016 (Family Traveller)

The best thing about this hotel was its location. It is at the start of the pedestrianised area in the city centre, it is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, and it has good tram links. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and functional, if a little dated-looking. The bathroom was great and it looked newly refurbished, and very clean. There is wifi, but only in the lobby downstairs, and it is possible to get it in the rooms at an extra charge. The bad thing for us was the p...

Rooms are quite average and simple. Breakfast is good.

by tpiya on 27 Aug 2016 (Couple Traveller)

The rooms were quite huge, frankly it was unnecessary. But nevertheless, we liked the old decors and furniture. Bedsheets looked clean. Free wifi is only available in the common lobby in the reception which was a bummer. Breakfast was quite good and had a lot of variety to choose from. Location was it was perfect!
